Seller and acceptance
These terms are between you and Russell Port trading as Portfolio. By creating an account, accessing Portfolio, starting a trial, or continuing to use the service, you accept these Terms of Service.
The service
Portfolio provides tools for tracking habits, daily check-ins, and progress across activity, nutrition, and life skills. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must not misuse Portfolio, including by using it unlawfully, committing fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, interfering with security, probing systems, scraping, introducing malware, reverse engineering, reselling access, or attempting to bypass technical limits.
Subscription terms
Portfolio Membership costs £9.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. The trial is available to new users and does not require a payment card during the initial trial period. If you choose to continue after the trial, billing is monthly until cancelled.
Paddle Merchant of Record disclosure
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled under Paddle’s Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Portfolio Membership at any time through Paddle or the available subscription management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or Paddle’s refund handling, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Intellectual property and availability
Portfolio, including its software, interface, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, is owned by Russell Port trading as Portfolio or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Portfolio while your account is active. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Portfolio at any time.
