Refund window

If you are not satisfied with Portfolio Membership, you may request a refund within 14 days from your first paid charge after the free trial. This refund window applies to the first subscription charge only.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the email address you used for your purchase, or follow the support instructions in your Paddle receipt.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where a request is outside the 14-day first-charge window, relates to renewal charges after the first paid period, involves account misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or is otherwise not required by law or Paddle’s refund handling. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. If you cancel during a paid billing period, access normally continues until that period ends unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
